At Massage Formula, our focus is on pain relief, injury therapy, mobility and stress relief. Kirsten and Osbaldo bring 18 and 12 years of experience, respectively, along with extensive training and certifications in therapeutic massage techniques.

Whether you’re dealing with neck, back, shoulder, hip, or knee pain or recovering from an injury, our therapists have the experience to help. In addition, we can help reduce pain, improve mobility, and, ultimately, restore function so you can get back to doing the things you enjoy.

Your therapist will meet you in the waiting room at the time of your appointment.

What should I expect on my first visit?

You do not need to bring anything special.First, we recommend completing your paperwork and booking your appointment online to save time and ensure your massage starts on time.When you arrive, your massage therapist will greet you in the lobby. Next, they will spend a few minutes with you in a private setting to discuss your needs and goals. Together, you will create a customized massage session that is right for you.After that, your therapist will leave the room so you can undress to your comfort level and get on the massage table. Most clients undress to their underwear and get under the sheets, while others prefer to keep their clothes on. Either way, you will remain comfortably covered by a sheet and blanket throughout the entire massage.Finally, when your massage is complete, your therapist will leave the room so you can get dressed privately.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance because insurance companies determine what they consider medically necessary, including the length, type, and documentation required for massage therapy. As a result, your care can become limited by insurance guidelines rather than what your body needs.At Massage Formula, we believe you should be in control of your care. Therefore, you can choose the length and type of massage that best supports your health, comfort, and goals. We keep our prices affordable so you can make your health and well-being a priority without insurance restrictions.

Do you accept HSA?

It often depends on the type of program your employer has chosen for his or her employees, but we have not yet come across an HSA that wasn’t accepted.

How can I buy a gift card?

The easiest way is to print a gift certificate directly from our website (click here). It allows you to either print it or email it directly to the recipient.
Another option is to pick up a gift card at our office location. If you choose this option, we will need to schedule a specific time to do this since we are by appointment only.

Do you offer couples massages?

We offer couples massages in separate rooms. Each client will have their own massage therapist that will tailor their massage to your specific needs.

Do you offer focused massages?

At Massage Formula, we offer 20-minute and 45-minute medical massage sessions for specific conditions or areas of concern. These sessions are performed fully clothed on the massage table, and we recommend wearing comfortable workout clothing.Medical massage is condition-based and may be appropriate when you have a diagnosis from your healthcare provider, such as adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder), IT band syndrome, or tennis elbow.For this reason, we encourage all new clients to begin with a 60-minute session. This gives your massage therapist time to get to know your body, including your limitations, strengths, and areas of concern. After your initial visit, 20- and 45-minute medical massage sessions are available for established clients who need focused work on a specific area.

Office Sanitation and Safety

Our massage clinic adheres strictly to sanitation procedures. All tables, linens, pillows and blankets are sanitized after each use.
